Join Us For A Very Special Christmas

We invite you to celebrate this joyous season with us! You can worship with us through our online Christmas Eve Service.

Christmas Eve Online Service

We will be having our Candlelight Christmas Eve service on December 24th at 7pm .  The service will have carols, special music by our choir,  a Christmas message from Pastor Marty, holy communion and the lighting of candles as we sing Silent Night together.  You may want to have some bread and juice ready so you can participate in the Lord’s supper.  Also, you might like to have a candle ready so you can light your candle as we sing Silent Night.  This year’s service will be online and can be accessed on our website, Facebook page or our YouTube channel. Please join us at 7pm, or any time later that evening as we worship together and rejoice in the gift of God’s Son to our world.

How to access the Christmas Eve Service

Below are the various ways that you can continue to stay connected to our worship life together. You will still be able to access the bulletin and order of worship for the Christmas Eve Service on our church website (www.stjohnsuccnewport.org). You will be able to access the worship service in several different ways:

Call in (audio only)
This method ONLY works starting at 7:00 pm on Thursday (Christmas Eve)
– At 7:00 pm on Thursday, call either 929-205-6099 or 312-626-6799 (either number will work).
– You will then be (quickly and repeatedly) prompted to enter a meeting ID – that ID is 997-401- 6614. You will also have to put in a password, you will need to type in 123 here.
– You will then be asked a participant ID. There is no need to enter a number. Simply hit # on your phone and you will be connected to the audio of the service.
– That is it. You will be connected.

Video
You can access the video of the worship service starting at 7:00 pm ET on Thursday (Christmas Eve) and it will be available any time after that as well. There are multiple ways to access the video of the worship service.

The service will be posted here. If you have a Facebook account, you will be able to post comments, questions, thoughts about what you experience and how the Spirit speaks to you.
